‘SEAL Team’ Season 3 Fall ‘Not to Be an Officer’ Review: All of it
Many things happened in the SEAL Team after the SEAL team returned from their mission in Yemen. When the leader of Team Bravo faces an injury that threatens his career, one man will step up to lead the group. Now that he’s back in action, the group must go on a mission that suddenly goes wrong. Back home, one faces disciplinary action after an incident at a local bar. Team Bravo embarks on a race against time to save themselves before saving their best intelligence officer.

In Wednesday’s episode of SEAL Team, Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) had his first mission after returning from surgery. Returning home, Lisa Davis (Toni Trucks) must face the consequences of her actions in a bar accident involving local law enforcement. Unexpectedly, the SEAL mission turns into a desperate escape as it takes a curious turn. As this happened, Clay Spenser (Max Thieriot) and Sonny Quinn’s (A.J. Buckley) friendship became contentious after Clay introduced his new girlfriend, Rebecca Bowen (Adelaide Kane).
The Bravo operations team found themselves doing a great job of demonstrating the quick thinking skills of Navy SEALs. Under pressure and divided into two teams, Team Bravo sets out to find their target, Russian arms dealer Yevgenny Kostarov (Bogdan Yasinski). Intent on returning and saving Davis from being fired, Team Bravo tried their best until the enemy threw grenades, triggering attacks that were stored in the complex’s basement. With Sonny, Brock (Justin Melnick), Cerberus (Dita The Hair Missile Dog) and Vic Lopez (Lucca De Oliveira) on the stairs. Thankfully, Bravo Team leaders Jason and Ray Perry (Neil Brown Jr.) thought quickly and got the team out of the smoke that threatened to render all four of them unconscious. As soon as Jason and Clay glean the information they need from the dead target, Team Bravo comes to the rescue of the trapped team, making good use of everything in their arsenal.
Between Star Wars references and remembering happy experiences, Sonny and Clay experience a rift between them. Perhaps because of Sonny’s experience with Lisa and Clay’s past with his ex Stella (Alona Tal), Sonny appears to dislike Clay’s new girl, Rebecca. While ‘Sonny’s concern was understood, he had a harsh way of expressing it. Thankfully, Clay knows him so well that he can read between Sonny’s attacks to see what’s bothering him. Eventually, Clay finds out that Sonny and Lisa were dating but is not angry about it. Instead, he expressed concern about Sonny’s mental state. Thankfully, Sonny keenly accepts this and assures Clay that his head is indeed in the game.
In a touching and reassuring scene, Team Bravo comes to Lisa’s rescue shortly after they return to base from the operation. At this time, Lisa was planning to give up and was forced to stand up and defend herself when confronting her superiors, including Lieutenant Cmdr. Eric Blackburn (Judd Lormand). Lisa was ready to give up her career and admit her failed romance with Sonny. Thankfully, Team Bravo shows up just in time to show their support for Lisa, and give their opinion on Lisa’s credibility as Team Bravo’s Intelligence Operator. Finally, High Command released Lisa and Team Bravo celebrated at their favorite gathering. While Ray did not join Team Bravo to protect Lisa, Lisa understood and knew that Ray was only afraid for his promotion. Team Bravo is a family, and no matter what happens, their loyalty and understanding remain intact.
