Tracker Season 2 Character Returns Exciting Fans and Cast

Forget all the family drama, Colter’s personal life is getting a lot of attention.

The first season of Tracker officially ended a few days ago, leaving plenty of questions for the sequel to address. The season finale left everyone in suspense with a cliffhanger involving Colter Shaw’s family mystery, but now it looks like all the family drama won’t be the only big twist in the upcoming season.

With several other main characters confirmed to be returning for season 2, another one is also set to return.

Following the season 1 finale that aired on May 19, Tracker star Justin Hartley got candid about what fans can expect to see in the show’s next installment.

In addition to the confirmed return of the entire Colter family, including estranged and rather suspicious brother Russell, played by Jensen Ackles, Hartley also dropped another big reveal when he revealed that Billie Matalon is “definitely coming back.”

The actor made it clear that Billie’s storyline will be expanding significantly, saying that the crew has “some pretty exciting stuff for her to do next year. She’ll be back multiple times next year.”

The return of Billie, played by Justin Hartley’s real-life wife Sofia Pernas, seems to be doubly exciting for everyone involved in the show. Hartley has previously stated that he loves working with his on-set collaborator, while many fans can’t help but admire the chemistry the actors have skillfully created between their characters.

In Tracker, Billie first appeared in episode 6, when Colter suddenly discovered that there was another bounty hunter just like him, and it was none other than Billie.

After the case was solved, Billie was no longer on Colter’s radar, although fans were hoping to see more frequent interactions between the two in the next season. It seems like their prayers were answered.

Tracker season 2 will return to CBS this fall with more mystery and drama than ever.
