A family member of the inmate exclusively revealed to the source, “We’ll need to pay for all 300 minutes.” But that’s not all. The inmates would also have to pay for their phone calls.

The insider claimed that inmates would have to pay “six cents per minute” every time they made calls. They felt that this was a hefty amount and a “money-gouging move” by the authorities.
