This took place on the same day of issuing a search warrant. During the rounds of questioning, the authorities asked him whether he had kept sexual contact with children. Fortunately, he was found truthful while answering no to the question. The test was primarily conducted to learn about his daughter. However, Special Agent Pieja lost possible opportunities when Mike started to answer his accusations questions.

Former 90 Day Fiance celeb Mike Eloshway has been sentenced to federal jail for 10 years by Ohio Federal Court. However, he didn’t have to start serving the punishment due to the court’s special allowance for him. Based on an official letter submitted to the judge, he asked for a postponement to take part in his sister Amy’s funeral.

Mike’s sister, Eloshway, took her last breath on December 28, 2024. So, the family decided to organize a gathering for their close people to remember and mourn the loss of their beloved family member. For this reason, Mike pleaded with the law to grant him one week to surrender himself.

Mike initially reported to the prison on January 8, 2025. Before that, the court allowed him to remain free for Christmas to enjoy time with family with a bond. Recently, they granted his new request and gave him time to turn himself in until January 15. As of the current update, he is now in prison, serving his time.

Mike made himself a part of FCI Elkton prison in Lisbon, Ohio. This prison has a low-security facility, which includes many inmates facing CSAM or similar kinds of sex offenses. Fans hearing the news didn’t empathize with him as they found his crime “sickening.”
