Coronation Street‘s DS Lisa Swain has made an emotional promise to her girlfriend Carla Connor.
Fans of the soap will know that Carla was recently rushed to hospital after Roy Cropper found her barely conscious at home.
Spending her birthday in the hospital, Carla received a visit from Roy, who brought her a cake and a card. Carla asked Roy to fetch her some things from the flat, making sure that Lisa wasn’t there when he did.
However, at the flat, Roy bumped into Lisa and Ryan, who asked him where Carla was. Uncomfortable with the questioning, Roy eventually told them the truth – that Carla was in the hospital.
