90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars Daniele Gates and Yohan Geronimo have announced plans to one day move to the US on a spousal visa. Daniele met Yohan while vacationing in the Dominican Republic. After knowing each other for a short period, the two would quickly become engaged as Daniele moved to the country. However, their relationship would have multiple struggles along the way.

Daniele and Yohan heavily struggled when it came to their finances and eventually infidelity. After the couple married, there were lots of issues when it came to how they handled money. There were also frustrations over Daniele wanting to stay in the DR and Yohan wanting to move to America. The couple would end up in a messy breakup after Daniele discovered Yohan’s infidelity.  However, this did not stop them from eventually coming back together and continuing their marriage.

On January 24th, 2025, 90 Day blogger site therealitytvness posted a screenshot from Daniele ’s Instagram Q&A. In the Q&A, 2 fans asked about whether the couple will be living in the US soon. The first question asks how long Daniele will be in the DR before going back to Florida. She responds, “Until Yohan gets his visa which probably will be in the next administration.” In the following question, another fan asks if Yohan will come to the US with a spousal visa and Daniele confirms with a simple, “yes.”

The comment section of these screenshots is not happy about this news. Due to Yohan’s infidelity in the past, fans suspect Yohan of using Daniele just for the green card. “He’s gonna ditch her as soon as he lands in the US,” says @parham0621 . Other comments further this theory, expecting Yohan to cheat on her again or leave for a younger woman. “He will find a young little thing and ditch her lol,” says @cristal.928 .

Now that Daniele has confirmed to work on the visa process for Yohan, it’s possible for the couple to return to the franchise. Couples like Shekinah Garner and Sarper Güven are making a return in the upcoming season 11 of 90 Day Fiancé . This couple is returning after moving Sarper to the US and exploring his new American life with Shekinah. Couples like them increase the odds of seeing Daniele and Yohan explore the same journey when moving too.

Nothing has been confirmed yet though about the couple’s return. TLC may have already reached out to them or secretly have plans to. Either way, the couple can still always decline the offer. However, with how negative the couple’s reception has been online, it may muddy TLC’s want to bring them back. Then again, we know just how much the network loves the drama.

If the couple were to return to the series, it’d be interesting to see where Yohan’s intentions lie. Fans have theorized since the beginning that he was using Daniele just for the green card. However, the couple have been married for several years now which could change this. Then again, Yohan may prove us wrong once he comes to the US.
