General Hospital spoilers indicate that Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) time in Port Charles is quickly running out, with fans eagerly awaiting his inevitable exposure
for the multitude of crimes he’s committed. After murdering at least two individuals, with more potentially on his hands, and attempting to take Michael Corinthos’
(Chad Duell) life, it seems clear that once his digitalis killings are revealed, Cyrus will either be carted off in handcuffs or end up six feet under. The question is:
How will his exit unfold? Here are three shocking exit possibilities for the notorious villain.

Possibility #1: Someone Takes Matters Into Their Own Hands
There’s a strong chance that Cyrus will meet his end at the hands of someone in Port Charles, especially if Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) finds out the truth about his crimes. Recently, Josslyn discovered a gun at Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) apartment while cleaning, which might signal that she could decide to take justice into her own hands. If she uncovers that Cyrus was responsible not only for stabbing Dex but also for the digitalis injection that killed him, plus his role in attempting to murder her brother, Josslyn could become the one to end Cyrus’ reign of terror.
However, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) might beat her to the punch. With the shocking revelation of Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) passing still looming, many people in Port Charles will be seeking revenge, and Joss may find herself in a race for justice. Another possibility is that someone, such as Nurse Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), could kill Cyrus in self-defense. If Cyrus catches wind of something she remembers about his crimes and attacks her, she might be forced to protect herself. The same scenario could unfold with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) or Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), leading to a deadly encounter.
Possibility #2: Cyrus Is Sent to Prison Again
Another possibility is that Cyrus is exposed for his digitalis killings and subsequently apprehended by the authorities. This would likely land him back in prison, where he has been before, but it wouldn’t be the end of his villainous ways. His imprisonment would leave the door open for future storylines, as he could remain a lingering threat to the people of Port Charles. His return could always be just around the corner, keeping his enemies on edge.
Possibility #3: Cyrus Is Presumed Dead
Finally, there’s a chance that Cyrus will be presumed dead, creating a perfect setup for a potential return. Instead of a clean death, such as a gunshot wound, Cyrus could meet his end during a physical confrontation, perhaps falling off a cliff or into a body of water. His remains might never be found, leaving everyone to believe he’s gone for good, only for him to resurface later, alive and plotting his next move. This would keep fans on their toes, eagerly awaiting his dramatic return.
