General Hospital (GH) fans are buzzing with excitement, especially with the latest spoilers and updates that are sure to shake things up.

As Michael Corinthos prepares to make his exit from the show, his portrayer, Chad Duell, recently joined his former GH co-stars

Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Bradford Anderson (Damien Spinelli) on the Daily Drama Podcast. The trio had a blast chatting

about various topics, including Michael’s upcoming departure, what’s ahead for the soap, and some teasing spoilers about 2025.

In an exclusive interview with TV Insider, co-head writers Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Court shared a sneak peek into the future of General Hospital. One interesting tidbit revealed was that Jason will be spending a lot more time with Sasha Corbin (Sophia Matson), due to a promise he makes to Michael. Fans have been speculating for a while now about a potential romance brewing between Jason and Sasha, and this new spoiler adds fuel to the fire. Given Michael’s shocking exit on the horizon, Jason’s involvement with Sasha could bring some intriguing twists to the storyline.

During the podcast, as the group discussed Michael’s turbulent relationship with his wife, Willow Corinthos (Kaitlyn McMullen), Burton jokingly offered Michael some advice. He suggested that Michael should let Willow go, especially considering everything she’s done, and perhaps even reunite with Sasha. Burton playfully added, “I think you should come back next week and just get with Sasha.” Since GH films weeks ahead of its broadcast, this remark could be a subtle hint that Duell’s time on the show is winding down.

As the conversation shifted to Michael’s exit, the three stars also discussed Jason’s recent interactions with Sasha. Duell pointed out that Stone Cold (Burton’s iconic character) has had several scenes with Sasha, leading to some light-hearted banter about Michael’s family dynamics. Burton, always the jokester, even quipped about Michael’s uncles—Drew Quartermaine and Cameron Mathison—and their influence on Michael’s marriage issues. At one point, Burton humorously asked, “Who’s going to take care of your kid?” referring to the potential future storyline where Michael gets Sasha pregnant. Duell’s response was equally playful, saying, “You!” Burton quickly fired back, “Why? I already raised you! I don’t want another one!”

While Burton’s comments were full of jokes, it’s clear that both he and Anderson would love to see Duell return to General Hospital someday, possibly sharing more scenes with Sasha.
