Anger Management: Xander (Paul Telfer) arrives to engage in anger management with Marlena (Deidre Hall). She does her best to get to the root of the problem.

A Bug: Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) tells Tony (Thaoo Penghlis) she planted a listening device on Xander’s desk. Tony all but begs to know what she heard.

A Lie: Brady (Eric Martsolf) continues to push for an investigation into the adoption. Sophia (Rachel Boyd) admits to Melinda (Tina Huang) she may have committed a pronoun slip.

Returns: Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Rose (Melissa Reeves) return to Salem to celebrate JJ’s (Casey Moss) birthday. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) and Jack meet up and she wonders why he would ask her to go to the Horton House as everyone hates her. Jack says he doesn’t hate his daughter.

Life or Death: Xander and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) are in the office when Philip begins to choke. Xander quickly tries to do the Heimlich maneuver to save his brother.
