Gabi Reports Back to Tony on Their Titan Takeover Scheme

Tony (Thao Penghlis) came to Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) with a plan: Help him take over Titan, and she can run the whole thing, in addition to Gabi Chic. Sounds good, Gabi said, and kicked off her plan to ingratiate herself with both Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Xander (Paul Telfer). Is Gabi going to find herself in a love triangle?

Now it’s time to report to Tony about where they both stand. Meanwhile, Philip sets up a test for his newfound brother, which Philip isn’t sure if he wants Xander to pass or fail.

Chanel Revisits Her Dream of Motherhood

Chanel (Raven Bowens) was all excited to adopt Sophia (Rachel Boyd) and Tate’s (Leo Howard) baby as discussed in the weekly DOOL spoilers September 1-5. Johnny (Carson Boatman) pretended to go along, then pulled the plug at the last minute. Chanel was so upset that she left him. And then she came back to him. And then he was arrested on suspicion of trying to murder his dad. And then he was set free.

Johnny is happy to no longer be on trial, but he is damned if he’s going to give his dad credit for the development. (Mostly because Johnny doesn’t know that EJ [Dan Feuerriegel] forced Kristen [Stacy Haiduk, who was our performer of the month for August] to confess to the crime, or else he’d reveal that darling Rachel [Alice Halsey] actually did it.)

So while Johnny tells his dad he doesn’t need his help, Chanel considers becoming a mom again. If only there were a baby currently in Javi’s (Al Caledon) and Leo’s (Greg Rikaart)—well, technically Rafe’s (Galen Gering)—foster care who is about to become available for adoption.

Marlena Turns to Belle for Help

Marlena (Deidre Hall) has a favor to ask of Belle (Martha Madison). Does she want Belle to sue the creatures of the night who are giving Marlena nightmares? Or is there something more earthy Marlena needs her lawyer daughter to investigate?
