During an interview, the matriarch revealed that she enforces strict household rules, including an 8 o’clock bedtime rule and a pre-school rule to ensure punctuality.
She also starts dressing her kids a few hours before their 9 AM school time to ensure they’re ready on time. The kids also obediently follow the rules. They also have a checklist of school requirements, and Karen sets a timer for 8:30 signalling the start of the school preparation process. “All you hear is little feet just running all through the house getting their stuff,” she noted.
However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, the 44-year-old reality star has been homeschooling her kids. Recently, she shared an update regarding this. On Friday, August 16, Karen shared a heartwarming compilation video on Instagram featuring her kids heading off to their first day at school. This came as a major milestone after years of homeschooling.
The video showed the kids assembled outside their school buildings while the triplets Dawsyn, De’Aren and Dyver walked into their classroom. Karen also added a clip of the kids lining up with their backpacks toward their school. Another picture captured them sitting in their minivan while Karen is in the driver’s seat.
