But they’re not the only ones staring down upheaval in 1923 season 2, as Spencer (Brandon Sklenar) has been separated from his love Alexandra (Julia Schlaepfer) after a tumultuous ship ride.

Variety confirms that Andy Dispensa is the latest actor to join 1923 in a recurring role. Dispensa, best known for playing Dion in the biblical drama The Chosen, has the role of Luca, who is described as a young man working in the engine room of a merchant ship. He joins the rest of the Yellowstone prequel, which also includes Jerome Flynn, Darren Mann, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Michelle Randolph, Sebastian Roché, and Timothy Dalton.
