SEAL Team with David Boreanaz is coming to Sky One in the UK
David Boreanaz and his SEAL Team will soon be posted to the UK.
The US procedural drama has been picked up by Sky One, while new police thriller Instinct has also landed a UK home on Sky Living.
Boreanaz stars in Benjamin Cavell’s high-octane action-adventure series, fictionalizing the dangerous international missions that have become routine for the US Navy’s elite ground forces.
SEAL Team was originally supposed to star Person of Interest’s Jim Caviezel as team commander Jason Hayes, but Caviezel dropped out before production due to creative differences with the CBS network.
Boreanaz joined the freshman series while he was finishing Fox’s Bones, which ended this past spring after 12 years on the air.
Boreanaz leads an impressive team of Navy SEALS, including Mad Men’s Jessica Paré, Bates Motel veteran Max Thieriot and Supernatural star A.J. Buckley. Check out the trailers below:

Sky’s other acquisition is the return to television of The Good Wife veteran Alan Cumming, who plays a brilliant profiler called out of retirement to help the NYPD catch a serial killer.
Instinct is an adaptation of acclaimed novelist James Patterson’s recently released thriller Murder Games, and also stars Whoopi Goldberg, Westworld’s Bojana Novakovic, Lost’s Naveen Andrews and Neil Brown Jr. of The Walking Dead.
Both SEAL Team and Instinct will be on Sky in the UK in 2018, with exact streaming dates to be announced soon.
