EastEnders’ Teddy and Nicola Mitchell have had a passionate reunion — but the former couple’s secrets are getting in the way of a reconciliation.
Last night’s episode saw Teddy and Nicola having an emotional heart-to-heart about their son Harry. One thing led to another, with their tipsy chat resulting in them sleeping together.
Nicola was excited to tell their kids about getting back together with Teddy, but he deflected. After receiving a call from Junior Knight, Teddy left, but didn’t disclose the nature of the meeting to Nicola.

Teddy has been looking to invest in Junior’s construction project in Dartford, unaware that’s where Nicola had Harry’s ex-girlfriend Shireen buried after ordering a hit on her.
When Nicola got wind of the deal, she pleaded with Teddy to steer clear of it and focus on their family.
In new scenes, Junior encouraged Teddy to invest in the Paradise Park plan despite his hesitancies, reminding him that he couldn’t let his ex “call the shots”.
Meanwhile, Nicola became suspicious of Teddy after she overheard a conversation he had with his ex Sharon Watts.
At the Boxing Den, Teddy admitted to Sharon that he still cared for her despite his reunion with Nicola and that he didn’t trust his ex-wife.

“I know I was angry about you and Grant, but for what it’s worth, I ain’t a bad man,” he told Sharon. “Life is too short for grudges.”
“I know you and him had history,” he added, revealing he also rekindled his romance with Nicola.
“You sure you trust her?” Sharon asked, to which Teddy replied: “I’ve never been sure of anything less.”
At home, Teddy asked Nicola to stop hiding secrets from him if they wanted to give their romance a shot. Before they could have a proper conversation, Nicola gleefully opened a bottle of champagne as she told the boys she had “some good news”.

“I know these past few years we’ve had our differences,” she began, as Teddy looked less than impressed.
“But as of today, well, tonight… me and your dad are back together!” she added as their sons reacted in shock.
Later on, Nicola and Teddy vowed to be honest with each other, admitting to be inevitably attracted to each other.
“No more secrets. No surprises,” she said.
“No lies,” he replied, before kissing her.
Their promises were quickly broken when Teddy spoke on the phone with Junior, agree
