Days of our Lives spoilers for the week of January 6-10, 2025 tease unexpected reconciliations after an explosive week in Salem! Weekly Recap Monday, December 30, 2024, Episode #15020 Jada (Elia Cantu) told Paulina (Jackée Harry) her plan to make Belle (Martha Madison) the new DA. Belle ran into Shawn (Brandon Beemer) at the station and the two got into a riff over her affair with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). When Rafe (Galen Gering) showed up at EJ’s door, he came investigating Ava’s (Tamara Braun) threatening texts and his plans to question the Bold & Soul cast about Lady Whistleblower when Arnold dropped a glass in the living room. Rafe noticed EJ acting strangely but decided to leave, and when EJ was called to the station by Paulina, Rafe sneaked back into the mansion and ran into Arnold.

Sophia’s mom, Amy (Shi Ne Nielson), asked Ava to give Sophia (Madelyn Kientz) her retainer when she comes in for her shift, but Ava revealed Sophia wasn’t working and accidentally let it slip that she’s still been seeing Tate (Leo Howard). After Holly (Ashley Puzemis) caught Tate and Sophia trying to leave, Sophia admitted they were on their way to get an abortion. Tate asked to speak with Holly alone and apologized while Sophia ran into her mother and Ava in the square and when Amy questioned her, she admitted she slept with Tate. When Sophia puked in a trash can, she was forced to admit she’s pregnant. Tuesday, December 31, 2024, Episode #15021 Holly went to see Doug III (Peyton Meyer) and told him about Tate and Sophia, then agreed to spend New Year’s Eve with him. Tate met Sophia’s mother, who asserted her beliefs about abortion, then demanded the two get married and raised the baby together

. Ava called Brady (Eric Martsolf) to show him the latest threatening text, then broke the news to him about Sophia. Rafe came face to face with Arnold and when Rafe attempted to call the cops, Arnold knocked him out. After EJ learned he’s being replaced, he came home to an unconscious Rafe. Arnold answered Rafe’s phone when Jada called, forcing EJ to hide Rafe’s body and let Arnold replace him. Wednesday, January 1, 2025, Episode #15022 Chanel (Raven Bowens) invited Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) to the New Year’s party while Johnny (Carson Boatman) invited Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and JJ (Casey Moss) and Rafe and Jada. Jada noticed Rafe acting off, especially after agreeing to go to the party, but eventually agreed to join him. Stephanie (Abigail Klein) asked Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) to attend the party with her. Belle (Martha Madison) showed up just as EJ finished leaving Rafe’s body in the tunnels and was about to break the news that she’s replacing him as DA when Chanel walked in to tell him about the party.

Later, as the party went underway, Johnny brought Joy to the bedroom to figure out how to deal with being around each other after their affair just as Chanel walked in. Thursday, January 2, 2025, Episode #15023 Chanel overheard Joy and walked in, demanding she tell her what happened between her and Johnny. The couple spoke alone and Johnny finally admitted that he had an affair with Joy while Joy found Alex and asked him to take her home. Joy told him what happened and then the two kissed before getting into bed. Philip went home with Stephanie and he asked her how she feels about Alex, but she admitted things were over between them and they headed to the bedroom. JJ and Gabi’s New Year’s kiss led to more when they went back to Gabi’s place and hopped into bed. EJ’s attempt at keeping Arnold from going home with Jada was to pretend he got called on an assignment for Black Patch. Friday, January 3, 2025, Episode #15024 Stephanie dreamed she was in bed with Alex before waking up next to Philip and he knew she was dreaming about Alex. Alex and Joy woke up in bed together, then later Alex came home just as Philip was leaving Stephanie’s. JJ and Gabi woke up in bed together before they heard a crash downstairs. JJ went down with a tennis racket before realizing it was Javi (Al Calderon), who intruded on the couple’s morning. Chanel spent the night at Paulina’s and told her what happened, while Johnny confided in Abe (James Reynolds) about his affair. Later, Chanel ran into Joy in the square and confronted her. Week Ahead Soon, in Salem, one couple will reconcile while another will be pulled further apart.
