General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) was awarded quite a windfall as part of her divorce settlement from Nikolas Cassadine

(last played by Adam Huss). But apparently, Ava’s deal with Nikolas wasn’t as secure as she thought. Somehow, the Cassadine family revoked the deal they made.

Although it isn’t clear who exactly is pulling the strings, Ava has just lost a sizable amount of money as well as her ownership of Wyndemere.

General Hospital Spoilers – A new Cassadine Heir Has Been Named

Nikolas’ young son, Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) has been named the sole heir of the Cassadine family fortune. Including Wyndemere. Of course, Ace is barely older than an infant, so in the meantime, Alexus Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has been named trustee of the vast estate.

Neither Alexis nor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) want Ace to have anything to do with the Cassadines, but they can’t even give away the money to charity, Only Ace can do that once he turns 18.

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome Will Need Help To Get The Money Back!

Even though the Cassadine family somehow managed to take Ava’s settlement away, you can bet she won’t take the situation lying down. Look for her first to seek out Laura, who of course has no say in the ways of the Cassadines.

That will put her on a crash course will Alexis most likely. Ava and Alexis already have quite a bit of bad blood between them so there is no way Alexis will help Ava even if she could.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ric Lansing To The Rescue?

Ava may have to enlist Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) to fight Alexis in court in order to get the money she believes she was owed. Look for them to do battle in a court of law over the future of Ava’s finances.

The stakes are even higher because Ric was once married to Alexis, and they share a daughter. If they go against each other in court, it could ruin the tentative peace Alexis and Ric have agreed to for Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) sake. Will Ava and Ric be able to defeat Alexis in a court of law?
