Josslyn’s Bold Move
Josslyn Jacks confronts Anna Devane at the police station, demanding a warrant for Cyrus Renault’s arrest.
She accuses Cyrus of stabbing Dax Heller at Rice Plaza. Anna, although skeptical, agrees to bring Cyrus in for questioning.
Cyrus, mid-shift at Metro Court, is escorted in by the police, and the two engage in a verbal sparring match. Despite Anna’s efforts, Cyrus denies involvement and walks free. Joss, frustrated, confronts him outside, but her accusations only give Cyrus insight into what the authorities might have against him. Anna admonishes Joss, warning her that she may have helped Cyrus cover his tracks.
Dinner With a Plan
Meanwhile, at Metro Court, Elizabeth Baldwin and Lucky Spencer share a dinner with ulterior motives. The former couple hopes to gather information on Cyrus, who they suspect is behind mysterious deaths at General Hospital.
While Lucky opposes Liz’s plan to get closer to Cyrus for intel, Liz believes it’s her duty to protect her patients. Their conversation turns personal, with Liz suggesting they work together as a team instead of pursuing separate plans.
Before they make progress, Cyrus is taken away for questioning, leaving the duo to focus on rebuilding trust during their meal.
Drew and Alexis Clash
Drew Quartermaine’s tumultuous situation comes to light when Alexis Davis confronts him about prioritizing Scout’s stability. Drew defends his decisions, including his residence at the Quartermaine estate until his affair with Willow Corinthos was exposed. Alexis offers a temporary solution: Scout could stay with her while Drew regains stability. However, Drew declines, insisting that Scout remains his priority.
Carly’s Desperate Plea
Carly Spencer seeks Jack Brennan’s help to get Michael Corinthos into the now-defunct Bronsky Clinic in Russia, renowned for burn treatments. Brennan warns Carly that her chances are slim but agrees to explore options. Carly hopes this will persuade Willow to allow Michael to receive the care he needs.
Cody’s Risk and Kai’s Injury
Cody Bell, betting all his money on a PCU game, faces devastating losses when quarterback Kai Taylor suffers a potentially career-ending injury during the match. Watching from the sidelines, Trina Robinson, who recently befriended Kai, is visibly shaken. Cody now finds himself penniless, with his financial future uncertain.
Jason’s Stunning Decision
At the Quartermaine mansion, Sonny Corinthos pressures Tracy Quartermaine to hand over Michael’s children so he can bring them to Willow, the only way he believes they’ll see Michael. Tracy refuses, citing Sonny’s past actions, including AJ’s death, as reasons to deny his request.
Jason Morgan intervenes, caught between loyalty to Sonny and his family. In a surprising move, Jason sides with Tracy and Monica Quartermaine, refusing to take the children away from Monica’s care. Sonny storms out, declaring the issue unresolved. Outside, he experiences severe chest pain, forcing him to take his prescribed medication.
