‘Tracker’ Season 2 Begins Production Soon: What to Expect

Thankfully, fans don’t have much longer to wait. According to industry website Creative BC, the series will begin production on July 16. Production will continue until April 22, 2025. What should fans of the number one TV show know about the upcoming season? Here are some clues.
Colter Shaw will turn to his mother to learn more about his father’s death in Tracker Season 2 Fans are ready for a full season of CBS’s hit adventure series Tracker. However, no one is more excited than star Justin Hartley. He spoke to Deadline about Season 2 and some of the storylines fans should expect to see explored. First, Season 1 ended on a cliffhanger that raised more questions about Colter’s father’s death. How was his family involved?

Justin Hartley explained that now that Colter has spent more time with Russell, his ability to “read people” will come into play. But, in the finale, when he realizes that his sister Dory hasn’t been straightforward with him. What is she hiding from him? The former The Young and The Restless star felt that the first season ended with some great questions leading into Season 2. “I think we did a good job of making sure that the answers to those questions lead to a bigger mystery, which we can solve in Season 2.” Fans of Sofia Pernas’ character Billie Matalon can look forward to her return in Season 2 of Tracker. What’s more, it won’t be a one-off return. She’ll be appearing multiple times in the upcoming season. Justin Hartley also discussed his wife’s revenge on Colter Shaw’s nemesis Billie. “She’ll definitely be back. We have some pretty exciting things for her to do next year.”
When will Tracker Season 2 premiere?
While CBS hasn’t officially announced a Tracker Season 2 premiere date, they have announced the show’s air date and time. The Justin Hartley hit will air Sunday nights at 8 p.m. ET. That’s an hour earlier than the official time for Season 1, though the network typically airs new episodes an hour earlier. This has fans confused, but they’re apparently testing this time slot for the 2024-2025 season.
